La Pergola restaurant of the “Rome Cavalieri, A Waldorf Astoria Hotel”, a resort overlooking the Rome skyline, has announced an imminent complete renovation project of the interior furnishings. This initiative was entrusted to the Jouin Manku studio in Paris and draws inspiration from the city of Rome, with the aim of enhancing the artworks already present and making evident the light effects as a distinctive element. Full details of the project are currently confidential and will be revealed upon completion of the works, to allow these major changes to be carried out, the restaurant will close from 18 November 2023 and plans to reopen in its new look at the end of April 2024 .
