This year too, the tradition of culinary pop-ups was revived, renowned for their ability to seduce and surprise guests. It is no coincidence that it is considered a magical place with a fashionable style that makes it one of the most popular venues in the Principality thanks also to the collaborations with guest chefs who offer unique culinary experiences. This year, chef Christophe Cussac has chosen to give a special touch to the poolside restaurant with ZIA, the creation of the duo Manon Santini and Rocco Seminara who will present the original and contemporary pizza menu from 12 June to 31 August.
